Terms & Conditions

In the interests of preserving our beautiful environment and for everyone's enjoyment, we ask for your co-operation with the following terms and conditions:

  • The main family field is marked out in pitches, which are allocated on a first come first served basis on booking. Additionally, one of our smaller family fields and our field ideal for couples are also marked out in pitches. The rest of the campsite operates on a first come first served basis on arrival. You will be directed to a suitable field for your group when you have checked-in where you will be free to choose your own camping spot.
  • Although we are happy to try to reserve a camping spot for a group staying 7 nights or more, we do not guarantee that specific requests can be met.
  • We reserve the right to open and close different camping fields due to adverse weather conditions.
  • The speed limit in the camp is 10mph

  • Due to the nature of the business we operate a no-refunds policy, we hope that you understand our position on this and recommend that you consider taking out your own insurance.
  • Visitors are permitted at the discretion of  the management. All visitors must report to reception prior to entering the campsite and will be required to sign-in and leave their cars in the carpark. No visitors on site after 10pm.
  • Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to the toilets and showers.
  • Loud music is not allowed and all music must be turned off by 11pm. Failure to abide by this rule may result in your being asked to leave the campsite immediately, without refund.
  • If returning late at night, please be quiet and consider your neighbours.
  • Please make sure your pitch is clean at all times.
  • Water conservation is important, please make sure all taps and showers are turned off when not in use. During busy times please keep showering time to a minimum.
  • If you have additional guests wanting to stay, you MUST inform reception on arrival. We will do our best to adjust your booking but if we are fully booked we reserve the right to only comply with the numbers originally booked.
  • Vehicle stickers must be placed on the top right hand side of the drivers windscreen. The sticker must be made visible at all times. if you do not have a vehicle, tent tags must be displayed clearly on all tents in the party.
  • Campers must vacate their pitch by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to leave site on time, leaving pitch messy or any noise compaints will result in forfeiting your bond.
  • It is important that you inform reception if you plan to join another party on site. If you do not you may not be able to pitch together.
  • Under no circumstances do we allow hen, stag or birthday parties to stay on site.
  • Although BBQ's are welcome, we do not permit open fires.
  • We do not allow dogs or any other pets on site.
  • The campsite gates are locked at 11pm each evening. Anyone returning by car/van after 11pm will not be able to drive through to their pitch and will need to park in the carpark and collect their vehicle the following morning.

  • Noisy or messy campers will be asked to leave immediately. 

Residents agree that during their stay at Cherry Tree Farm Campsite, it is entirely at their own risk, and hereby indemnify the owner and staff from liability for any damage or loss caused by themselves, members of their party, their guests or intivees, to any of their equipment chattels or property. The management reserves the right to terminate any tenancy without refund, if your co-operation is not observed with this request. If you feel you cannot co-operate with these rules please do not stay.
